Lunar new year is celebrated for sixteen days from New year's Eve to the Lantern Festival.

Lantern Festival is the fifteenth day of the first lunar month.

One of traditional activities releases flying lanterns into the sky. 

Written on them are wishes of happiness,wealth and luck. 

It's a beautiful sight as the lanterns cover the sky.
